Chair Yoga: An Introduction
Join us from the comfort of your own home for Chair Yoga. This type of yoga exercise involves breathing, stretching, and relaxation. You will enjoy a gentle form of co-ed exercise for all adults that is practiced sitting on a sturdy chair (preferably with no arms). Shoes are also recommended and feel free to dress in whatever clothing is most comfortable for you.
Class Size: Max. 50

Instructor: Susan Wiens
BIO NOTE: Sue graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1975. She worked as a Public Health Nurse for 30 years at the Windsor-Essex Health Unit. In March 2018, she received her training as a Chair Yoga Teacher in Paris, Ontario. Starting in September of 2018 Sue taught Chair/Yoga exercises at Sunrise Senior Living in Windsor. She has also taught these classes at the Atlas Tube Centre in Lakeshore.
